About Us

Steve has been in tax practice since 1980. He graduated from the State University College at Oneonta New York in 1979 with a BS degree in Business Economics/Political Science. He worked for a large San Fernando Valley CPA firm before deciding to open up his own tax practice in 1995. He also met Audrey Denburg, EA in 1995, purchased her practice in 1997 and opened an office in Santa Monica. Steve has been enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service since 1994.
